Huida began her recruitment career within large corporate recruitment companies. She has also gained wide General Management experience in recruitment firms which she has owned. In 2003, she became the Managing Director of Siyaya Placements and now heads up the company. She has played a major position in growing the business into a competitive player in the recruitment industry with state-of-the-art systems and infrastructure.She serves on the Executive committee of APSO and currently holds the Ethics portfolio.
